1. Class Enrollment Policy

To ensure the effective delivery of our programs, the following enrollment minimums are required:

Term-time Classes requires a minimum enrollment of 2 students.

Holiday Camps will require a minimum enrollment of 6 students.

This policy is implemented to maintain the quality of instruction and foster an optimal learning environment for all participants. If the minimum enrollment is not met, the class or camp may not run, and a full refund will be provided.

2. Age Group Policy

Our programs are designed for specific age groups to ensure an optimal learning experience tailored to the developmental stage of each participant. We reserve the right to decline enrollment for students who fall outside the designated age range for a particular program. This policy helps maintain the quality and appropriateness of our instruction for all attendees.

3. Parent and Guardian Access

For the safety and focus of our participants, parents and guardians are not permitted in the teaching area. However, we understand the importance of parental involvement and welcome you to wait at our designated reception area. Your cooperation in respecting this policy ensures a conducive learning environment for all participants.

4. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards instructors, staff, and fellow participants. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in disciplinary actions, including possible expulsion from the program. Also, Reveles Hub Child Skills Development Training LLC reserves the right to decide whether your child is suitable to join our modules or camps. In certain circumstances, a full refund will be given if we find that the child may be a harm to themselves or others.

5. Make-up Classes Policy

Make-up classes are provided to accommodate the needs of our participants during term time. These classes are intended solely to compensate for missed sessions within the current term and are subject to availability; they cannot be carried over to subsequent terms. In the case of our holiday camps, make-up sessions can be arranged during another week of camp, subject to availability. Participants are encouraged to attend classes regularly to maximize the benefits of our programs. Refunds for missed sessions/camps cannot be offered.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

For programs scheduled during term time or during our holiday camps, payments made are non-refundable. If a participant is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, make-up sessions shall be arranged within the term only or during another week of camp within six months of the missed class or camp. This option is provided as a courtesy, and Reveles Hub Child Skills Development Training LLC reserves the right to determine eligibility based on individual circumstances.

7. First Aid Clause

At Curiosity Lab, the safety and well-being of all participants is our top priority. In the event of an injury or medical emergency, our trained staff will provide immediate first aid. Parents and guardians will be notified as soon as possible in the case of any incident requiring medical attention.

By enrolling your child in our programs, you consent to our staff administering basic first aid, including but not limited to the application of bandages, ice packs, or antiseptic treatment. In the case of a more serious injury, emergency services will be contacted, and every effort will be made to ensure your child receives appropriate care until you can be reached.

It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to inform Curiosity Lab of any existing medical conditions, allergies, or specific first-aid requirements prior to the start of the program.
